This is a huge red flag since there's nothing stopping 1xBet from making up their own bet results because there's no way to contest a bet unless it's from one of their 'official sources' (which may not even contain any information related to the bet). When I pointed out that their source was not official and I demanded an official source that proves that I lost, they simply told me that their specialist has decided that and that I cannot do anything unless I have proof from the official source. When I asked how they were able to determine that I lost the bet, they sent a screenshot of a news article (it wasn't even related to my question lol) which isn't an official source.

This is problematic since the source they listed does not contain any information that would prove me right or wrong. One of my bets was wrongly marked as a loss so I tried to dispute it using credible sources (top stat sites and news articles) but they said they would only accept the sources in their official list of sources.
